There Is No Urgency!

Episode 67.

There Is No Urgency …..!

(ORIGINAL)

From The Book – Psychology of Arab Management Thinking! See Images!

Also The Book – Between Us Only! Original Reproduced! See Images!

Both books published in September and April 2009 respectively! Over 10 years ago – and still not much has changed! Generally speaking, that is!

Introduction

It was a great chance and opportunity to meet peoples of all kinds. I had made many friends, and I was also running away from others who wanted to be ‘friends’ too ……. In reality, I had just become a victim of circumstances and situations beyond my controls. In my life, I have always aimed to maintain my principles, standards and levels – part of my life’s focused principles!

However, on this particular topic, let it be said that many of the business peoples used to complain openly and brazenly to me. I do not know what I have in me, even in my work situations. I got attracted to such peoples like a fly to the dirt! It was a great learning experience to me.

***

When I was working for this oil company in one of the Gulf States, I was booked in an International Five Star hotel for a period of almost 6 weeks before they had given me family status accommodation. It was one of my most enjoyable parts of my life, because in addition to being allowed to use all the Company facilities, it was a great opportune and chance to meet many peoples from different parts of the world with different business ideas and proposals. My workmates – who were staying with me in the hotel – actually got somehow into sponsorships of businesses – they were locals (and some AGCC) from other parts of the country and they were too put in the same hotel.

It was a great chance and opportunity to meet peoples of all kinds. I had made many friends, and I was also running away from others who wanted to be ‘friends’ too – because these kinds of friends usually lands one in more problems and repercussions –devoid the few enjoyable times with their friendship!. No need to elaborate – except the point that in all my life trying to be clean and being principled, I did not want to start to ‘go bad’ at this stage. Besides yours truly is a very honest, faithful and loyal person by nature! Just a victim of circumstances and situations beyond my controls. I have always aimed to maintain my principles, standards and levels – part of my life’s focused principles!

Many of the business peoples used to complain. I do not know what I have in me, even in my work situations; I get attracted to such peoples like a fly to the dirt! It was a great learning experience to me. I am not writing about myself – please bear with me and for the benefits of the business community and others too who may benefit from my writing today – here are the common complaints (maybe it will make too in the business magazine, even if my ‘busted’ business did not!)

The complaints and grudges were mainly in:-

1. There is no sense of urgency, people just take their leisured times and conveniences to respond to proposals – or even acknowledge correspondences, what have you. Various chasers have to be sent before even this acknowledgement can take place! Sometimes despite various follow-ups, there is still dead silence.

2. Appointments are made from abroad. The trip (the whole of it) is planned along those lines. Sometimes to make the trip economical, a number of other places are to be visited that are arranged. So a fall in one has a rolling effect and repercussions on another.

When they arrive, 80% of the appointments (this is what they say!) are not kept. You have to wait sometimes 2 to 3 hours to get only a few minutes though you had planned for an hour or more in the first place. If the appointments could not be met, why were they not informed before they had left (to cancel the trip or postpone it) or at least to inform the local contact addresses given?

3. Most of reasons given for not meeting them are weak and lack credibility and foundation. They are ‘local’ issues mainly which could have been discussed or tackled later.

4. After making the proposal and all the supporting documentations etc. you get a polite response – we shall study the proposal and come back to you. Nothing materializes even after a considerable lapse of time. When you follow-up, the answer is still the same – we have not made a decision yet! Keep following, and then you get signals of ‘No’ (my last year article – learning to Say No – Part of the culture, customs and behaviours of not finding it easy to say straight to the face – No!)

5. There is no urgency in making decisions, even if the project has been accepted – or even has started. You have to be very patient and in your very best – as everything is painstakingly slow and deliberately postponed and delayed in taking decisions. The loser becomes you – if you keep pushing issues at stake!

6. The goals posts keep changing with flimsy and minor excuses. You never know what stage and status you are in, because ‘back to the drawing board’ are always the occurrences! Or what actually is required of you.

7. There are clear and open hostilities, personal differences, subjective ness, bias, indifferences etc to see – even for a First Time Visitor. That runs even in the so-called Management circles, for that matter.

8. You will be told – we have received regulatory and statutory support to proceed on the project – only you find it the hard and bitter way later that it is not so! Even the permission was not requested or the ‘contact/influential person’ on the other side is no longer available or has been assigned to another Department – and no longer useful!

9. Money payments is always a problem. You will be told – do not worry it will come, just few days more. Those days can stretch to weeks. Even months! You cannot start anything without being paid first – or there is real intention to be paid!

10. You will get others ‘who are also interested to join’ or asking you to abandon the original sponsors for new ones (choice to accept and betray – or stick to your business principles and ethics!)

11. Avoidance of conflict – is common and part of the nature. You will get by signals only that people are not happy or angry with you – unless one local member is straightforward and forthright (rare occurrence!). You are a guest (see 4 above).

12. When they come to visit you at your home countries, expect them to get subjective, personal interests, unethical and unprofessional ‘outside business’ requests (politely put!) It can be even be on other Company executives met in the meetings.

13. When you come here, they will send a driver or lower rank staff to meet you and show you around – some of them have even communications problems (language) and do not visualize the importance and profiles of the people visiting – for examples a local driver met a President of a Japanese large firm /enterprise. The driver did not even help in carrying his suitcase (or at least pretend to volunteer!).

14. Bias and subjective ness is often the case. More attention and emphasis was made to an European in the visiting team, though he was insignificant and Junior by rank, to the Singaporean who was three times his boss!

15. There is no agenda of meetings. If you are enterprising to make the minutes, disagreements will always arise of points agreed. (Vehement rejection of being taped and recorded, and for fear of proving these points are not even shown in such disagreements!).

16. ‘We have not agreed to these only, not these’ – are common expressions. This especially when it comes to makes advances / payments (or we did not understand this clause well, otherwise we would not have agreed to it!)

17. Lack of professionalism, ethics, etiquettes in business negotiations and dealings. Even that dinner planned before the business meeting could turn ‘sour’ by coarse shallow behaviours of some, especially after the Dinner!

18. They may act polite and courteous, but are always suspicious and not trusting by nature!

19. One in the visiting team spoke fluent Arabic, they would have nothing of it – but kept speaking to him in English, till the poor man gave up.

20. If you tried to speak in Arabic and had made a gaffe, they did not contain themselves not to laugh and sneer at you… For example one had intended to say – I see your wife is pregnant, ended in – I see your husband is pregnant (to the man about his wife – your husband is pregnant! – with Arabic feminine and masculine Grammar!)

21. They interrupted you whilst still talking and explaining things – and you lost tract of what you wanted to say in the first instance.

22. Show off wealth and power was dominant, the visit to the family farm and villa was always in the Agenda.

23. Subordinates and workers were treated improperly and harshly in front of the guests, especially the dispensable ones!

24. They looked down on Thank You notes after the occasion, and do not expect any from their side.

25. Many others – but for space reasons not included.

Finally the joke? There is some work that needs to be done? The Asian Manager says – Then I must do it! Whilst the Local would say – If it has not been done, why do you expect me to do it?

So dear Business Man / Lady – maybe I have been useful to day? You can e-mail me – just in case and for my Bank Account details! I cannot lie, I do NEED the money!

…….. End …………..

Goodbye; My Very Good Friend and Brother! Sheikh Seif Al Harrasi!

Goodbye My Very Good Friend; Sheikh Seif!

Sheikh Seif Salim Issa Al Harrasi!

Friday March 22, 2019

Normally at around 10 pm each night, I simply switch off my phone from Sound to Just Silence as I usually get disturbed a lot by phone calls from my Books Publishers in USA and Amazon – as for them it is still working hours! Sometimes the calls come from Singapore and UK also more!

It is very disturbing when the phone rings and you have an Oxygen Mask on to get your sleep! I was about to do that again for this night when several WhatsApp messages started to come in my mobile phone saying that my very good friend and brother Sheikh Seif Salim Issa Al Harrasi had passed away whilst undergoing Medical Treatment in UK.

It was last September 2018 when I had met Marehem Sheikh Seif Al Harrasi at Muscat International Airport as we were in the same flight to go to Zanzibar! He was very much perturbed, concerned and disturbed to see me in a wheel chair – as being handled for my flight trip – as I could not climb the steps of the plane in boarding! What happened to you Dear Sheikh Majid – he lamented!

So we got talking about the good days in PDO and as I was explaining to him about my holidays trip to Zanzibar with Madam Wife! He asked me which hotel I had booked into because as usual hospitable kind person that he always was – he wanted to invite me for a few days stay in his villa in Bweni I think!

I remarked to him that he looked sort of worried and sickly – and he calmly told me we shall talk afterwards my good friend! It was only later in the plane we were in Business Class and he was in Economy that I dared to joke with him ‘to spend some more money to enjoy’ joke! He handled the slur very well with his great sense of mirth fun and joke saying why should he and ‘you do need the bigger seat’ in Business Class – whilst I do not!

Another person who does not have his traits and senses of humour could have put me in my place – but he was an exceptional human being first class high profile person the world is proud to have in a human being! One time he called me and I was not sure who he was and he was suggesting to me a business contact when my Management Consultancy MMDC was operating! Yes that is another trait of his to assist and help other unasked unassisted! So he repeated a nickname that would have identified him – joking – Guess that will make you happier – and remember who I was!

I asked for his apology but he just pushed the subject away – what is a joke and tease amongst brothers and friends! I noticed him only once when I was in HR when an Expatriate was misbehaving in his Department – and even here he was more remedial corrective rather than accusing and abusing!

A few days in Zanzibar, he had sent me a WhatsApp message saying he was returning to Oman because he was very sick! He wished me well and to enjoy my holidays and try to be careful on certain issues and things that many visiting the islands are not aware of – and we become naïve and trusting and we think we know everything and do not need to be told or to be reminded of!

In Zanzibar he had built a nice beautiful villa at the coastline – and he had appeared in The Oman Ramadhan Television Programmes a few years ago – where he featured centrally and immensely – explaining the beautiful historical relationships between Oman and Zanzibar!

I am sure that there are many also in Zanzibar who will be crying a lot today on hearing his death – his deep ties and commitment to help and assist those lesser advantaged – especially by his kindness and generosity to the local populace! Especially in Religious Affairs and in The Holy Month of Fasting of Ramadhan! Pray that his kin will continue with his good works In Shaa Allah Yaa Rabbi!

A Great Man Has Come – And Now He Is Gone! But we will always remember and pray for you – Our Very Good Friend and Brother!

May Allah SWT Remove The Punishment of The Grave for you – May Allah SWT Open The Highest Heavens of Firdaus For You – May you rest in eternal peace in this world and the next Ameen! May Allah Give Sabrah Patience and Imaan to your Family Ameen!

Till we meet again In Shaa Allah – Goodbye My Brother and Best Friend!

Why A Cry For Help! Book Was Written?

A Cry For Help! Book!

Why was the book written?

I wrote on these issues from even March 2003 in my columns Between Us Only! in The Oman Daily Observer!

My Second Arab Management Book published in August 2009 was even titled A Cry For Help!

More at http://www.myownmajid.com

A few days back, I was at this social gathering party and next to me was seated this Omani Elderly Man. He was eating by his hands .. whilst I was using a fork and knife.!

As normal, the fork being on my left hand he raised a strong comment to me for using the fork and knife – specifically telling me that the food you are putting in your mouth is – HARAAM FOOD!

That is not Halal Food Kosher .. Illegal Forbidden!

I do not even know the person – but his outlooks and focus was it was okay to invade my space and privacy as he felt it right in doing so! Being so forward and confronting! So patronising!

Even if in a way he could be right but there are better ways and styles to communicate your ideas .. to a person that you hardly know!

My upbringing culture and heritage of respecting people older to me kicked in .. and to ‘make peace’ – I decided to use only the fork with my Right Hand!

That was still not enough to him by his continued stare – which was very embarrassing to me!
Because I was now using a sharp pointed tool to put food in my mouth.

My host who was seated next to me tried to intervene and calm things .. but the person was not to be calmed down!

I was tempted to put him in his place but resisted the temptation. He wanted me to be like him – to use my hands to eat the food!

There were many Omanis there too who were using their hands to eat the food like him – with exception of a few like me using fork and knife to eat the food!

I have no issues to use my hands – but usually in Social places I tend to use fork and knife!

He still made some illogical unkempt untoward words – which I had just ignored him – turning to my host in talking!

There are so many elements now especially the so-called New Born Muslims who are increasingly intolerant critical and extreme in outlooks and focuses – which are not wanted or good things in the Society now!

I believe always in being tolerant and live and let live!

We see now increasing criticisms of Christmas and the related functions – things that were not there before!

Book Writing? QED!

Allah Protect and Preserve us all Ameen! Amen!

Be Selfish For A Change!

Be Selfish For A Change!

December 15, 2018

A long time ago when I had an operation in Royal Hospital – and maybe post operations depression and trauma – I was crying profusely !

This nice Omani Lady Doctor asked me what is your problem .. why are you a Senior Person by age crying? You just had come out from a major operation .. it is harmful and not good for you!

So I told her .. it is now 5.30 pm and only half an hour left for Visiting time .. and no one had yet come to visit me for this day .. despite my operation was only yesterday!

She cautioned me and told me – Be like this!
Now in your life –

First is – Majid
Second is – Majid
Third is – Majid
Fourth is – Majid

Fifth – Is your Direct Family .. Wife and Children of your own!

The rest in your life can make their own fore line queue .. Be less bothered about them .. they came or did not come!

Be Selfish for a Change – Just Care Only For Yourself!

You seem to care for a lot of people – who do not deserve your care and attention!

Book Introduction

After my last book 52 titled All My MAS Books! www.createspace.com/6306051 and the last book on the series Between Us Only! titled Wipe My Tears! www.createspace.com/4304972 – I became very sick and was admitted in Royal Hospital in Oman from November 2015 to January 2016 when I was operated for Prostate Operation – thankfully malign!

I lapsed into a Coma State in ICU – Intensive Care Unit EER – in December 2015 and was there for more than a month!

Unknown to me at the time, there was a Court case placed against me by One International Home Bank against my defunct Consultancy – Management & Marketing Development Consultancy – MMDC – which had collapsed and gone bankrupt in January 2001 – that is 15 years ago – and still being followed and being traumatized to date!

The TRUTH be told also –

SIMPLY NO ONE had contacted me from the Bank or from anyone else!  For Plus 12 years!

Today I have LOST MY PERSONAL FREEDOM and Civil Status too – sadly to the Most Committed Loyal True Feeling Sincere Citizen and National. My GMC Yukon they refused to renew The Mulkiya which expired since April 2016.

I am just paying The PDCs and if I do not another issue will arise. This Bank has billions to offer Big Cmpanies but they still go to Retired Omani Pensioners with a vengeance drawing blod from stone! Al Hamdu Lillah!

Oman & The World Please Note!

Nothing has changed much in Oman despite all my writings in my columns and books – the columns that ran for more than 15 years before being targeted and killed off in 2013 – on a technicality – but frankly I think more on their designs policing to subdue people speaking The Truth! The games of The Mafias usually run and led by sadly our Indian friends dominating The Media in Oman – and tragically more by our own Omanis – The Old Guards!

The articles in this book are mainly centred on the above aspects as now being denied the public route through my Oman Daily Observer in my columns Between Us Only! and At My Workplace!

I decided to add this book 53 to my series of books – with due apologies to The Reader that the emphasis and concentration in this book was what was happening to me at the time – and to compile the subjects topics under this book 53 – That Is The way It Is!

When people cannot expect justice because you have No Wastah or with being famous and rich – then writing to your own heart and conscience is the only way left!

Prophet Nabii Daud David RA Sura Sad 22 – 26.

  1. We made his kingdom strong and gave him Al-Hikmah (Prophethood, etc.) and sound judgement in speech and decision.21. And has the news of the litigants reached you? When they climbed over the wall into (his) Mihrab (a praying place or a private room,).22. When they entered in upon Dawud (David), he was terrified of them, they said: “Fear not! (We are) two litigants, one of whom has wronged the other, therefore judge between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, and guide us to the Right Way.23. Verily, this my brother (in religion) has ninety nine ewes, while I have (only) one ewe, and he says: “Hand it over to me, and he overpowered me in speech.”24. [Dawud (David)] said (immediately without listening to the opponent): “He has wronged you in demanding your ewe in addition to his ewes. And, verily, many partners oppress one another, except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and they are few.” And Dawud (David) guessed that We have tried him and he sought Forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allah) in repentance.25. So We forgave him that, and verily, for him is a near access to Us, and a good place of (final) return (Paradise).26. O Dawud (David)! Verily! We have placed you as a successor on earth, so judge you between men in truth (and justice) and follow not your desire for it will mislead you from the Path of Allah. Verily! Those who wander astray from the Path of Allah (shall) have a severe torment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning.Surah Sad – Nabii Daud RA The Holy Quran

About The Book!

This book 53nd is The Sequel to my earlier 52 books to date!

After my last book, I was admitted in Royal Hospital for a Prostate operation that ended me falling into a coma state in ICU – Intensive Care Unit – EER – for almost a month! See B – The Prophet’s Dream!

The book ontains all the articles and topics that I had posted in My Websites Blogs and The Social Media since the 52nd book.

The book can also stand on its own to describe all my 52 books to date! 6 books on Arab Management, 3 on Road Safety, 6 on My Autobiography (The Story of My Life!) – 12 on my Columns Writings ‘Between Us Only!’ and ‘At My Workplace!’ and the rest on assorted topics!

  • It is hard to beat a person who never gives up! – Babe Ruth
  • Writing is the only profession where no one considers you ridiculous if you make no money! – Jules Renard

The book is a bird’s eye view on all about all my books and from all my varied articles to date! The books produced here are in main part linked to me as Majid aka as Magic – Magic Man as the pseudonym I used in ‘The Forums’! Also interestingly the article – Why Do They Call You Magic? Also Who Is Majid? And My Epitaph! The articles are also about My Family and My Late Parents – Peace Be Upon Them!

I hope you will like reading about me!

People were always asking me – Why don’t you write a book about yourself and all your books as at one stop centre? The story of your life? All about your books! So people can remember you and your works – and as a Memory and Record for all your works to date!

I then decided to accept the challenge and write this book. Like the other books – I have tried to be as factual as possible – and with my usual style of writing of speaking to you directly from my heart – and to be as sincere, genuine, frank, forthright as possible – so that this book can not only be used in Research works – but as a Guide and Beacon for the children, grandchildren, great grandchildren – and future generations by the Grace of Allah God – Ameen Amen.

Prophetic Supplications for Trials

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “The supplication of my brother Dhun Nun (Yunus, peace be upon him), who called on Allah while in the whale’s belly: ‘There is no deity but You. Glory be to You! Verily, I have been among the wrongdoers’ (Quran 21:87) – no Muslim person says it, for any situation whatsoever, except that Allah Most High answers his call.” [Tirmidhi]

Being Thankful For In Life!

Being Thankful In Life!

What are you Thankful for in Life?

Thanksgiving DayThanks for the Blessings!

https://majidall.com/2016/11/25/what-are-you-thankful-for-in-life/

 Being Thankful In Life!

What are you Thankful for in Life!

A         Thanksgiving Day! Thanks for the Blessings!

It is a national holiday celebrated in  Canada and the  United States on the fourth Thursday of November. This time it fell on November 24 2016.

It was originally celebrated as a day of giving thanks by Native Americans for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. The Pilgrims copied it and made it as their own!

Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November  in the United States. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. Although Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated in a secular manner as well.

Setting aside time to give thanks for one’s blessings, along with holding feasts to celebrate a harvest, are both practices that long predate the European settlement of North America.

The event that Americans commonly call the “First Thanksgiving” was celebrated by the Pilgrims  after their first harvest in the New World in October 1621. This feast lasted three days, and—as accounted by attendee Edward Winslow  — it was attended by 90  Native Red Indians Americans and 53 Pilgrims. The New England colonists were accustomed to regularly celebrating “Thanksgivings” — days of prayers thanking God for blessings such as military victory or the end of a drought.

B         Being Thankful In Life!

If you ask me – and truthfully, honestly, frankly and sincerely, I am thankful for a lot of things in life! Although I would some things now more than ever before – like on my personal life and on my health – I am thankful to have –

  • My family and relatives – my children and the grandchildren!
  • The few friends I have!
  • Being a True Observing Muslim to my best of my abilities and following My Religion as best as I Can!
  • And in trying to be near Allah SWT God Almighty as much as I can!
  • Always respecting people devoid of age, sex, religion, creed, race, ethnicity and religion!
  • A roof over my head even if it is a very old house needing much repairs and renovation!
  • Can now walk on my own without assistance like before!
  • The little things I have – even if I wished for more – but I remind myself that there are others far behind me and who would be ready anytime to change places with me!
  • Getting my Pension Salary regularly from PDO – even though I would have wanted it to be more – because every month struggling to make ends meet – like all people – especially Pensioners now!
  • Living in a peaceful stable secure place – after seeing all the things that are going wrong all around us now!
  • My books I have published – which will keep my name going long after I am gone!
  • And so many other things and aspects!

But truthfully, honestly, frankly and sincerely!  I will not want to change myself with anyone! I am happy I came out as Majid (Arabic for Glory!) that I am now!

If I have my life all over again – I want again to be me! The same and only Majid Said Nasser Al Suleimany! Because I know deep in myself that I do care and feel for people! I am full of understanding, empathy, and kindness and caring!  I do not want to hurt or pain anyway. I am I!

I always try to help people as best as I can – and if I cannot will say so politely kindly and emphatically – but I will not lie or tell lies – or say wrong (unkind) things!

If I have made a mistake or error of judgement – I am ready to forgive and forget! Those who hurt and pain me – whether purposefully or unknowingly inadvertently – I will tell them frankly! I will not keep it bottled in – and suffering in silence! I know this part is what makes me unpopular and being resented by others!

I will not want to change myself to anyone other – even if far Richer, Famous and or Powerful! Majid will be Majid always – under Allah SWT God Almighty Grace and Blessings! Ameen Amen

I try hard to avoid conflict and fights – and after 3 or 4 point outs – and still people after me – I come in charging! Like in a bull! Would I want to change this trait and habit – and suffer in silence? The answer is emphatically NO!

This is Me – and This is what I am! Will be till end of time! Majid will remain as Majid!

C         My Epitaph!

Majid Epitaph (Legacy) – I Want to be Remembered!

A long time ago as a kid, I used to hear people talk about death and how they will go! I always wondered out aloud how I would go – if my turn came up next!

I always prayed that I would go sudden and people surprised he went away that fast! But I never want to cause trouble and inconveniences to others before I die – if I was to choose these things! But it is all in God Allah hands!

Anyway, I had this dream of ‘dying by starvation’ – I do not know what it meant! Was it going to be real as in the dream – or as a metaphor like liking to eat too much and getting fatter by day – and as now being diabetic case?

Or would it be like my late Father PBUH where he wanted food and water but was denied by The Doctors (they were using instead drips!) – because they needed to operate on his stomach – because there was a blockage in his small intestines – and till after the operation could be given food!

Anyway only God Allah SWT Knows these things best!

Sorry for a morbid subject!

Here lies a person who in all his life had acted and stood up for the rights of others – and to whatever extent and even harm and injury and damage to himself personally – and he went down that way!

Always wanting to do good things and help others as much as one could.

If he could not, he would be Truthful and offer instead kind words and support – and or offer advices to his best level always!

Where he could change things himself he did – otherwise he spoke out for Change. Always wanted to be fair, just, professional, principled, correct and ethical in all things he did.

He wants to be remembered that way only!

Please Pray for Him – when they tell you he is gone!

My dear friend, never ever give up, i looked unto your marvelous awards, you’ve raised Oman’s flag to the world, keep up and you’ll see by yourself the day you eat the fruits of your success much beyond those from your ex-job. You’re an impressive writer but international figure. We all go through tough and painful moments, but the success would be beyond once you keep persevering.

We are very lucky in Oman for having our Beloved His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said!

May Allah SWT Our Lord God Almighty Give him long life and health Ameen!

Even though I am a sick and ailing person – and with a lot of other personal problems – I sincerely genuinely and honestly feel –

I look at the News!

Everywhere and all around us and in front of our eyes –

– See people are crying!

– See people are dying!

– Seeing people being victimized, injured and being maimed!

– See all the destruction disasters decadence malaise and decay!

– See mischief being done on land!

– See there is just wars and fights all around!

– See people living as displaced and destitute – both internally and externally!

– See so many other bad things!

Oman – under HM Renaissance – is a land and bastion of peace, harmony, understanding, tolerance and co-existence amongst people – Local, Residents and Visitors and Guests!

Frankly and honestly, I do believe if people had listened or followed his steps to our His Majesty there would have been NO –

No Iraq Saddam invasion of Kuwait!

No Gulf War of any kind as a result!!

No Syria Destruction and Civil War as now!

No Libya Destruction and Civil War as now!!

No Yemen fiascos and war!

No attacks on Yemen!

No Fitnas of any kind!

– Most likely as a result No Daesh or IS syndromes!

– Most likely not even September 11 events!

Indeed initially, we had some initial problems – but under wise leadership of HM – they all went solved and peace and harmony reigned in – Al Hamdu Lillah – Allah Be Praised!

May Allah SWT Our Lord God Almighty Give him long life and health Ameen!

Make time for the Children (Grandchildren)!

Make time for the Children (Grandchildren)!

Today I was so busy compiling my files for presentation for a case being made against me. It is immaterial that the case is old and defunct and that it is about a situation facing my Consultancy that went bankrupt 15 years ago in 2001 but still being hunted and being pursued because those involved can do so!

As you might have noticed I have upset and annoyed quite a large number of people by my Truthful Honest Writings in my books and in my Columns … which were killed off anyway 2 years ago after running for 12 years! Some of these people are rich and pwerful and want to draw blood from a stone and put me in my place as unrecognised marginalised diminished and with no status and using full force of the laws against people like us to be put in our place!

You rocked the boat and you washed the dirty linen in public and refused to push the dirt under the carpet!

How long these things will go on with The Old Guards joint with The Mafias carry on? You are a better Judge than me anyway!

My grandaugter came to the house brought by her Father but I had no time for her. She was visibly upset saying Babu Grandfather I want to play with you … and I was so occupied and put her away to go watch cartoons TV in another room.

I talk about Angry Quick pass sentences Judge and here I drive away my daughter without hearing her!

If God Allah Repriminded Prophet Daud David who am I to do exactly what David Daud RA did! Or even The Judge?

I still feel awful to have been a bad not hearing Grandfather. I took Early Retirement after I upset my young daughter shouting at her because she wanted a Compas Box .. she lost one I had bought for her one day before!

I realised then I was a bad man and Father … and it was all pressures of work … because they were making me again to report formally to who was my Assistant and whom I had just promoted myself one year back.

Again to punish because I dared open my mouth and fight for The Youth in Omanisation Recruitment Training and Development. In my own way – there would have been no need for the Panic Button as is now the case!

10 years after Retirement the punishments still come through and I again appeal To Those With Consciences to stop these ugly games trying to find excuses to hurt maim and pain!

I am sorry anyway now … and now more to my Grandaughter Sibel … I have been a Bad Grandfather… but no excuses pressures again.

Sincere Apologies

Majid Al Suleimany

Majid Epitaph (Legacy) – I want to be remembered!

We all have to die one day! Only Allah God is the exception! Jesus Christ Our Great Prophet Issa bin Mariam – will come as The Saviour – and he too will die without exception! So whom I?

Anyway only God Almighty Allah SWT Knows these things best!

Where he could change things himself he did – otherwise he spoke out for Change. Always wanted to be fair, just, professional, principled, correct and ethical in all things he did.

A person who was always sincere, genuine and honest – frank, open and forthright who always looked at The Bigger Picture – and never wanted things to go wrong as his main focus and theme in life! Even though many of his efforts were never acknowledged, accepted, recognised and realized – and he became a victim himself in his life, career, and future and with his family too!

He wants to be remembered that way only! Goodbye! Ma Salamaah!

Please Pray for Him – when they tell you he is gone!

Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction. ” I believe that the other religions also preach along the same line. – Rakesh Belwal – Linkedin
